The agreement between you and Craft Digital when you use the marketplace.
Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer
These terms cover using Craft Digital as a visitor, a buyer or a seller. By creating an account or buying a product you agree to them.
You need an account to buy, save products, follow shops or sell. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself.
You must be able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.
Craft Digital is a marketplace. The seller, not Craft Digital, is the provider of each product and the licensor of the rights you receive.
When your payment is confirmed, you receive an entitlement to download the files covered by the licence you purchased. Access is verified on every download request.
Each product is sold under one of three licences: Personal, Commercial or Extended Commercial. The licence you bought is recorded on your order.
You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense a product in a form that competes with the original, regardless of licence tier.
Sellers apply and are reviewed before a shop is created. Products are reviewed before publication.
You must own or have full rights to everything you list. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for supporting your buyers.
Craft Digital charges a commission on each sale. The rate is published on the marketplace and stored on every order line at the time of sale, so a later change never alters a completed transaction.
You may not upload or sell:
The marketplace is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Craft Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of a product bought here.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the marketplace before they take effect.
