Refund Policy
Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so sales are final by default. That said, you should get what the listing promised.

01When we refund
We will replace or refund a purchase if, within 30 days:
- the files are corrupt, incomplete, or will not open in the software the listing named
- the deliverable is materially different from what the previews and description showed
- you were charged more than once for the same order
02When we do not refund
Change of mind, buying the wrong product, or lacking the software needed to open the files are not grounds for a refund. Check the compatibility and file format sections before you buy.
03How to ask
Contact the seller first through the marketplace — most file issues are resolved with a corrected upload. If that does not work, contact the marketplace team with your order number and we will step in.
04Effect on the seller
A refund reverses the corresponding ledger entry for the seller. Their historical order records stay intact for auditing.
