- How do downloads work?
- When your payment is confirmed, an entitlement is created for each product in the order. Every download request is re-checked on the server against that entitlement before a short-lived signed link is issued. Paid files live in private storage and have no permanent public URL.
- Which licence do I need?
- Personal covers non-commercial projects. Commercial covers client work and products sold up to 5,000 units. Extended Commercial covers unlimited commercial use including end products for resale, with up to five seats. The licence you bought is recorded on your order and shown in your downloads.
- Can I get a refund?
- Digital products are delivered immediately, so sales are final by default. If a file will not open, is missing, or is materially different from its listing, contact the seller or the marketplace team within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it.
- Who can leave a review?
- Only someone who actually purchased the product. The database enforces this: an insert without a matching entitlement is rejected, and the verified-purchase flag is derived server-side rather than submitted by the browser.
- What does it cost to sell?
- Nothing to list and no subscription. Craft Digital takes 20% of each sale, so sellers keep 80%. The rate is recorded on every order line at the time of sale, so changing it later never rewrites past earnings.
- When do sellers get paid?
- Earnings are credited to your ledger the moment a payment clears, then released after a 14-day hold. Once released, you can request a payout of $50 or more.
- Why was my product sent back?
- Every product is reviewed before it goes live. The reviewer leaves a note explaining what needs to change, which appears on the product in your seller dashboard. Fix it and resubmit — there is no penalty for resubmitting.
