As soon as your payment is confirmed, your files are ready. Download them from the order confirmation or any time later from Downloads in your account. Links are private to you and are checked every time you download.
Personal covers non-commercial projects. Commercial covers client work and products sold up to 5,000 units. Extended Commercial covers unlimited commercial use, including end products for resale, with up to five seats. The licence you bought is saved with your order.
Digital products are delivered instantly, so sales are final by default. If a file will not open, is missing, or is materially different from its listing, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it.
Only people who bought the product. Every review on Craft Digital comes from a verified purchase.
Nothing to list and no subscription. Craft Digital keeps 20% of each sale, so sellers keep 80%.
Earnings are added to your balance when a payment clears and released after 14 days. Once you have $50 or more available, you can request a payout.
Every product is reviewed before it goes live. The reviewer leaves a note explaining what to change, shown on the product in your Shop Manager. Update it and resubmit — there is no penalty.
If a listing infringes your copyright, misrepresents what it delivers, or breaks our House Rules, use "Report this product" on its page or contact us with the link. We review every report and tell you the outcome.
