The terms that apply when you sell on Craft Digital.

This agreement applies from the moment your shop is created. It sits alongside the general terms of service.
Your shop is yours to name, describe and set policies for. Craft Digital sets the shop URL, verification badges and commission rate, and those are not editable from the seller dashboard.
By listing a product you confirm that:
Products are reviewed before publication. A reviewer may send a product back with a note explaining what needs to change. Published products may be suspended if a later issue is found, and you will be told why.
You cannot publish or restore your own products. That transition is rejected by the database, not just hidden in the interface.
Craft Digital retains the published commission on each sale. Your share is written to an append-only ledger when the payment clears, held for the configured period, then released for payout.
The commission rate applied to an order is stored on that order. Rate changes only affect future sales.
You request payouts from your dashboard once your released balance reaches the minimum. Requests are validated against your ledger balance on the server, and reviewed by the marketplace team before settlement.
Answer buyer questions within two business days, honour your stated policies, and fix broken files promptly. Repeatedly failing to do so can lead to suspension.
You can close your shop at any time. Buyers who already purchased keep their entitlements and their access to the files, and any earnings already released remain payable to you.
